Thank you for trusting Gold Insurance Solutions, we’re happy to help move this application forward. We need a few additional items to submit this application. Please ensure the accuracy of these details before responding as some carriers cannot accommodate changes after the fact. 

Once we receive the above information, we can submit the application for approval (it can take several business days if it is referred for review). Following approval, the client will be required to make a minimum down payment via credit card or EFT draft on all California Fair Plan Policies to make the policy active so we can produce the EOI. Please note that this initial payment cannot be facilitated through an impound account. However, any remaining balance, as well as the Difference in Conditions (DIC) policy, can be billed through escrow.
